largest NBA Youth Basketball program

, Unity Active is a new, woman-owned program empowering kids ages 3-10. We deliver structured, high-energy enrichment at local schools and preschools designed to inspire confidence, teamwork, and joy.

Unity Active is expanding our enrichment offerings and we're looking for a warm, energetic

Ballet Instructor

to lead engaging classes for young learners across our partner schools.

What You'll Do

Teach foundational ballet technique, musicality, and creative movement Create a positive, confidence?building environment for students Lead 30-45 minute classes at partner school locations Communicate professionally with school staff and the Unity Active team Maintain consistency, reliability, and a joyful teaching presence

What We're Looking For

Experience teaching ballet to children Strong classroom management and a nurturing teaching style Reliable transportation to travel between school sites (around Fairfax County) A passion for movement, creativity, and youth development

Schedule & Compensation

Part?time, flexible scheduling based on school availability Weekday morning or afternoon blocks Competitive hourly pay with opportunities to grow as we expand
