Duties



Lead daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth workflow from food preparation to customer service. Supervise and train bakery staff on food handling, safety procedures, and customer engagement techniques. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation across all baked goods. Operate POS , cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through regular inspections and training. Coordinate shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching to foster a motivated team environment.

Experience



Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment, preferably within a bakery or culinary setting. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols within the food industry. Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, training new employees, and leading teams effectively. Background in hospitality management or restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence. Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining establishments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
