Dessert Shop Associate and Shift Lead

Scottsdale AZ
16.15 to 18.15 per hour
Join a fast paced dessert and bakery style shop preparing custom desserts, serving guests, running the register, and keeping the shop clean. Shift Lead role includes team support, training, opening and closing tasks, and growth potential.
What You Will Do
Prepare desserts to order
Serve customers and run register
Maintain clean front and back of house
Follow food safety and prep procedures
Shift Leads guide team members and assist with inventory and training
What We Need
Friendly reliable customer service
Comfort in a fast paced food service environment
Weekend availability
Ability to stand for entire shift
Leadership ability for Shift Lead role
No dessert experience required
Schedule
Part time
Five hour shifts
Tuesday through Sunday
Typical hours 10 am to 830 pm
