Lantman's Market is Hiring a Deli Assistant Manager!

As an extension of this, we are seeking a passionate bakery associate to work with our bakery manager to bake from scratch and par bake delicious baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities may include:

Preparing par baked products to be thawed for the following days bake Par baking according to specific par baked steps Baking store-made baked goods according to recipes Interacting with customers to answer questions. Taking special orders from customers Maintaining merchandised and back stocked inventory. Labeling, stocking, dating, rotating, and culling of department products Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of storage spaces Maintaining compliance with sanitation guidelines Washing dishes and cleaning Position reports directly to bakery manager Position requires repetitive lifting, twisting, and reaching. Position requires the employee to be able to work in a walk-in freezer environment for short periods of time
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to use some of the kitchen equipment.
