Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Cleveland, OH. As a member of the Bakery staff, you will play an essential role in day-to-day operations, including preparing and baking products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, packaging finished products, following health and safety standards, and assisting with the production line as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of baked goods. Maintain product displays, ensuring freshness and proper rotation. Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Provide excellent service and support to customers and team members. Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery.

Qualifications

Strong baking and production skills, including experience with baking techniques, mixing, and use of baking equipment Knowledge of quality control and food safety practices, with the ability to follow health and sanitation guidelines Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely production Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues Prior experience in a bakery or food production setting is a plus
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
