Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper timing and temperature
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules
Experience:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or bakery preferred
- Knowledge of food production processes in the baking industry
- Familiarity with baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to handle and prepare food safely and hygienically
- Basic culinary skills, including knife handling and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
