We are seeking a skilled and passionate part-time Baker/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in cookie making. As a Baker, you will be responsible for following our signature cookie recipes, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of food handling practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake cookies, cookie cakes, and our signature cookie bars, Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to enhance visual appeal. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area to comply with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management. Handlefood preparation tasks, including mixing ingredients and preparing dough. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods for the store, events and parties. Work the front counter with a smile and positive energy to give our customers the best customer experience.

Skills

Proficient in baking techniques for cookies. Strong background in the food industry with knowledge of food production processes in highly recommended. Excellent food handling skills with an emphasis on safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong measurement skills for precise preparation of ingredients. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction. A creative mindset with a passion for baking and cookie arts. Able to manage POS register
