Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, showcasing creativity through cake decorating techniques Assist in food production, including baking, cooking, and food handling to maintain freshness and presentation standards Package baked goods and other food items efficiently for retail or catering purposes Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, managing food safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly Contribute to catering events by preparing food items according to specifications and ensuring timely delivery

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry work within the food industry or restaurant environment Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and presentation Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent knife skills, cooking techniques, and familiarity with kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Experience in packaging baked goods or food items for retail or catering is a plus Passion for culinary arts with a desire to grow your skills in baking, pastry arts, and customer service
