What You'll Do:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results.
Keep a clean and organized workspace while following food safety standards.
Assist with inventory management--track ingredients and minimize waste.
Work as a team player to ensure bakery operations run smoothly.
Stay on your feet and handle a fast-paced environment--this job keeps you moving!
Assist in catering events as needed, providing baked goods for special occasions.
Who We're Looking For:
Passionate bakers who take pride in their craft and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a physically active environment--standing, lifting, and handling kitchen equipment.
Understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate!
Punctual and reliable individuals who show up on time and ready to work.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
A team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen setting.
Must be 18+ due to kitchen safety regulations.
Comfortable working around ovens and heat for extended periods.
Full time or at least 25 - 30 Hrs / Week
