Assist in food production processes, including mixing, baking, assembling, and finishing products according to recipes and specifications. Support food preparation tasks in a busy kitchen setting, adhering to food safety protocols at all times. Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and handling procedures are followed to maintain freshness and safety. Contribute to catering events or restaurant service by preparing specialty items or assisting with plating and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils to ensure a safe and organized environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding high standards of culinary craftsmanship. Engage with customers when appropriate, providing friendly service and sharing knowledge about our baked goods and desserts.

Experience

Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is highly desirable. Hands-on kitchen experience within the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards is essential for maintaining hygiene excellence. Strong knife skills for precise cutting, slicing, and decorating tasks. Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and general culinary practices. Background in food production or catering services is a plus.
