About Us
We are a growing bakery dedicated to fresh, high-quality products and excellent customer service. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Bakery Helper to join our team and support daily production and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes Scale, mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs Maintain product quality and consistency Monitor ovens and baking times Keep workstations clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with ingredient prep and inventory as needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work early mornings and weekends Ability to lift 50lbsand stand for long periods Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and a team player Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
