Our bakery is known for high-quality donuts, cookies, brownies, and custom catering orders produced in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Baker

to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial bakery environment, values precision and cleanliness, and enjoys being part of a growing, quality-driven operation. This is a hands-on production role with opportunities to grow as the business expands.

Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and finish donuts, cookies, brownies, and other baked goods according to company recipes and standards Execute daily production schedules efficiently and accurately Assist with catering and special orders as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation at all times Properly handle commercial baking equipment and tools Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members Support inventory awareness and ingredient prep as needed

Requirements

Prior experience in a professional commercial bakery is required

Strong understanding of baking fundamentals, timing, and consistency Ability to work early mornings (5:00 AM start time) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
