Each day, you'll strive to provide high-quality cookies in an efficient, professional manner by processing and preparing orders for customers, making and balling dough, frosting and topping cookies, mixing ingredients as needed, keeping a clean station and assisting customers!

REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 16 years old, have a personality for customers service & a love for cookies! Crew Members must be able to stand, walk, bend, & lift heavy items from time-to-time, smiling all the way! Read and understand Crumbl Recipes Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies Decorating and displaying the finished cookies Ensure finished cookies meet food safety and quality standards Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked cookies Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Clean as you go, putting ingredients back where they go, staying organized and neat
