Responsibilities

Bake a variety of pastries, breads and desserts with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance Handle all aspects of food production including mixing, baking, assembling, and finishing products in accordance with established recipes and standards Fry donut and baked good to product standard Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and preparation Assist in kitchen operations by managing inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing workstations for efficiency Support catering events by preparing specialty items

Requirements

Proven experience in frying, baking, or pastry arts within a food production environment Must be able to work at 12 AM Strong skills in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations aligned with the food industry standards Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills Knowledge baking methods, and pastry techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to work in hot environment for a long period of time Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment as needed Preferably 5'5 or taller (ovens are 6" tall)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
