Job Description
We are hiring bakers to join our team. This NOT an apprentice job. Commercial baking experience is necessary and you must have the ability to adapt to company policies.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO CURRENT COMMERCIAL BAKING EXPERIENCE.
The hourly pay will include tips ($3-$4 an hour).
As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking all the breads and pastries for the day to sell. Must be willing to work at 4 am. Must be trustworthy. Cafe Rivkah is a very inclusive work environment. We treat our staff like family.
Your Responsibilities:
Baking required recipes in an accurate and consistent method. Ensuring baked goods have an appealing finished product. Confirming all products meet our food safety and quality standards. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to understand and follow directions from others. Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures. Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
