JOB SUMMARY: Our Bakers prepare baked items for the dining rooms and special functions.

• Daily dessert set-up and daily production as needed
• Plating desserts

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of recipe reading and measurements
• 3-6 months experience in a bakery
• In lieu of professional experience, participation in or graduation from a Pastry Arts program
• Some knowledge of scaling beneficial
• Good organizational skills and work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks in a timely manner
• Flexible schedule, ability to rotate between AM and PM shifts as needed
• Must be available for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
