About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our close-knit crew as a

Product Baker & Tuesday Delivery Driver

. This unique position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and seeing the full life cycle of their work.

Tuesday:

You'll head out early for solo delivery runs to local restaurants and retail stores. It's a chance to enjoy a change of pace, be independent for the day, and represent our bakery out in the southern New Hampshire area. No need for a CDL, you would be driving one of our transit vans.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:

You'll be in the bakery shaping bread, loading ovens, and working alongside a team that's passionate about good food and great craftsmanship.
Former team members have loved this role, one of them said her favorite part was getting to shape the bread one day and then deliver it the next. There's something special about being part of the full circle, from dough to door.

Schedule:

Bakery Days:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Delivery Days:

Tuesday - 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Shifts may vary due to production and delivery times*

Key Responsibilities:

Shape and prepare bread for baking Load and monitor bread in ovens Assist in scaling and organizing products On Tuesdays, load van and deliver bread efficiently and safely Handle invoices and customer interactions with professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and positive workspace

Requirements:

Age 21+ (insurance requirement for driving) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Basic math and problem-solving skills Reliable, on-time, and motivated to get the job done Friendly and professional with customers Works well independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willing to jump in where needed Business casual attire when delivering, you're the face of The Bread Shed!
