Join Our Bakery Team! Hiring a Detail-Oriented Baker (Wednesday-Sunday)


At Rila Bakery & Cafe, we take pride in crafting fresh, artisanal baked goods that bring joy to our community every single day. We are looking for a baker who shares our passion for quality and precision to help us maintain our high standards.


Position: Baker

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM Location: Lynnwood, Washington

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries with meticulous attention to detail and consistency, following our proven recipes and quality standards. Demonstrate

speed

and

efficiency

in a fast-paced morning production environment to ensure all products are ready for customer opening. Uphold the highest standards of

cleanliness

and

organization

, maintaining a spotless workspace and adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and

proactively

assist with prep and ordering to ensure seamless daily operations. Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of professional bakery pastry experience. A genuine passion for baking and a commitment to consistency in every product. Ability to work with

speed

and

efficiency

without compromising on

quality or cleanliness.

A

proactive and self-motivated

mindset; you see what needs to be done and do it. Strong team player with excellent

time management

skills. Must be reliable and punctual for the early morning shift (5:30 AM start).
