Do you have experience in a commercial kitchen?? If so 41 North Coffee Co in Wendell, NC is looking for a part -time Baker / Cook to join our team. Weekends are a must. Two evening's a week additional approx 25 - 35 hours needed. We are located on 41 N Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, has excellent time management skills, and is hard-working and very clean. Possible full time available


Responsibilities

Weigh and measure ingredients Mix and blend batters Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products. Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods Cook and prepare other food items including but not limited to chicken, pimento cheese, soups, paninis, and sandwiches Prepare and maintain inventory Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment


Qualifications

Attention to detail in all aspects of baking Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal Experience as a Baker/cook required Cleanliness focused
