We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This is an early shift position (4am start) with weekend a must. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas, contributing to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food preparation, cleanliness, and teamwork, ready to support our culinary staff in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and baking under the guidance of the kitchen team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
Stock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by chefs.
Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a bakery is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
This is for an early morning shift, starting at 4am. If you are not a morning person, this is not for you!
Weekends a must.
Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
