About Us:

Bloom Bagels is a local trendy bagel shop that serves specialty bagels, coffee, and tea. We are currently seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our friendly team and contribute to the success of our high-volume establishment as kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

:

Boil bagels in the morning. Prepare, mix, shape and proof bagels. Prepare food according to established recipes. Monitor and adjust baking equipment to achieve desired results. Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to health guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to achieve daily production goals. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks. Maintain composure in high-pace environment

Requirements

:

Availability to work Wed to Sun, 5am to 1pm Fast pace experience required High attention to detail and quality while working efficiently. Team player with effective communication, organizational and time management skills. Standing/walking for extended periods. Can lift 50lbs objects. Able to fully communicate in English.

Compensation

Hourly pay starts at $16.90 during 2-month training period. After 2 months training with proven reliability, pay will increase to $21. Will continue to increase with time and proven track record. Full time positions are eligible for health/dental/vision insurance.
