Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain

backend systems

for blockchain and web applications built on

NextJS

,

Node.js

, and

EVM-based frameworks

. Manage and optimize

SQL databases

and server environments (Windows/Linux). Implement and secure

blockchain consensus layer modifications

,

EVM forks

, and related infrastructure. Work with

Solidity

,

Rust

, and

Go

to extend and secure smart-contract functionality. Oversee

server security, firewall rules, and system patching

using tools like Chocolatey, Ganache, and others. Integrate

Google Suite

and

Proton Mail

into secure, encrypted communication workflows. Learn new programming languages and frameworks quickly; assist in cross-disciplinary development with AI and web teams. Collaborate with team members to enhance platform performance, monitoring, and analytics. Work closely with executives and technical leads to deliver new blockchain-enabled systems and internal tools.

Requirements

Strong backend development background

with proficiency in

NextJS

,

Node.js

, and

SQL databases

. Hands-on experience with

EVM-compatible blockchain systems

, Solidity, and smart-contract development. Familiarity with

blockchain consensus layer architecture

, forking, and testnet management. Proficient with

Windows Server

Chocolatey

. Comfortable working with

Rust

, and modern blockchain tools (Ganache, Hardhat, Foundry, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot, document, and secure complex distributed systems. Must be

Fluency in Russian or another Eastern European language

is a major plus. Willing and able to

relocate to Louisiana

to live and work with the team full-time.

$85,000 Annual Salary

$10,000 Relocation Package
