Job Summary

Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items Models and support clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staff Follows Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures Accurately counts nuggets and strips Follow the screens and job aids to make sandwiches correctly and accurately Cups soup and mac & cheese as needed Follows correct timing for cooking items Fills waffle fry containers to correct weight Uses correct packaging for all items Follows hourly numbers to ensure producing the correct amount of product at a time Temperature check items to ensure food safety Breads raw chicken according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards Washes dishes as needed Take initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties Troubleshoots minor guest issues Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

Displays enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality by incorporating operational excellence, 2nd mile service, and emotional connections with our guests and employees Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds

Important

The airport is open 7 days per week and 365 days per year. The schedule for this position will be determined by the needs of the business. All hired associates will be required to pass an airport mandated FBI Criminal Background Check. Morning and Evening shift available
