Job Description

Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities:



Prepare fresh ingredients, including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and making sauce

Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation

Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health codes

Operate kitchen equipment safely, including rice cookers, slicers, and refrigeration units

Assist in inventory checks and proper stock rotation to minimize waste

Keep prep stations and kitchen areas clean and organized throughout the shift

Work efficiently as a team to meet demand during peak hours

Follow safety guidelines for food handling, allergen awareness, and cross-contamination prevention

Qualifications & Skills

:

No prior experience required--training provided!

Passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
