Duties

Supervise children of various ages, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play, reading, and educational exercises Prepare and serve snacks or meals as needed Assist with homework or educational activities when applicable Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, allergies, and special needs Maintain a clean and organized environment in the child's play area and living space Provide basic first aid if necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and any concerns

Requirements

Prior experience with children through babysitting, daycare, nannying, or caregiving roles is preferred Knowledge of child development and age-specific care practices Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required for some positions Ability to work with children with disabilities or special needs is advantageous Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children with special needs is highly valued Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with children and families Reliable transportation and a responsible attitude towards safety and punctuality Must be at least 20 years old or older

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
