Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative specializing in Managed IT and Cybersecurity solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for self-motivated sales professionals to leverage their expertise in outside sales, business development, and technology sales to build strong client relationships and grow revenue. As a 1099 contractor working on a commission basis, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing territory accounts, and delivering tailored cybersecurity and IT solutions to meet client needs. Duties



Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts within assigned territories. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our managed IT and cybersecurity services portfolio. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline stages, and analyze territory performance. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals effectively while aligning with company policies. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and sales progress for continuous improvement.

Skills



Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the technology or cybersecurity industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, cold calling, direct sales, and territory management. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts in the managed IT sector. Demonstrated success in upselling existing clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
