Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic plans for expanding our customer base Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within a customer-focused environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address client needs effectively Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals confidently Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM software, and market research methods is a plus A positive attitude, energetic approach, and enthusiasm for driving business growth are essential
