What you'll do



Engage with potential and existing business clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct sales efforts. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and effectively communicate their value. Manage accounts by building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure beneficial agreements for both parties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor territory management to optimize sales efforts and achieve targets.

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales or related fields such as technology sales or retail sales. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.

Preferred qualifications



Experience in outside sales or territory sales management. Background in business development or account management roles. Proficiency in conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
