Position Overview
We're seeking a proactive, articulate, and highly organized
B2B Partnership Coordinator
to manage and grow our inbound partnership pipeline. This person will be the first point of contact for organizations interested in collaborating with us--labs, employer groups, affiliates, clinics, imaging centers, and other telemedicine companies--and will guide them from initial interest through evaluation, presentation, contract signing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
You'll play a key role in helping us scale our B2B efforts by ensuring potential partners are the right fit and experience a smooth, professional process throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Evaluation & Vetting
Monitor inbound partnership request form submissions.
Qualify leads based on strategic alignment, size, and potential.
Research and assess business opportunities.
Partner Communication & Presentation
Respond to partnership inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule and lead discovery calls and demos.
Present our services clearly, tailoring messaging to each partner type.
Sales & Onboarding
Draft and negotiate partnership agreements.
Work cross-functionally to ensure timely onboarding and implementation.
Guide partners through platform setup, training, and go-live.
Ongoing Relationship Management
Conduct regular check-ins with partners.
Gather feedback and coordinate improvements or troubleshooting.
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
CRM & Reporting
Track outreach, progress, and partnership stages in the CRM.
Maintain accurate records and share updates with leadership
