B2B Outside Sales Representative Location: Bohemia, NY Skills: Sharp and Hungry Sales Rep, Building Industry Knowledge : We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Bohemia, NY.



As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Elevator services to new and existing customers in the Building Industry. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within given territories. Responsibilities: - Sell Elevator services in the Building Industry to new and existing customers - Generate and secure new residential sales revenue by scheduling appointments to meet with prospective customers who request a quote online or by phone, and prospecting the building industry - Manage small groups of temporary resources for designated territories - Execute multiple campaigns throughout the season to maximize growth, and upsell services to existing customers - Responsible for direct customer contact for retention campaigns Requirements: - All positions require a valid driver's license and some may require appropriate state/local licensing -



Experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred - Direct outside sales or professional marketing experience preferred - The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English is required - Ability to present services to customers in a professional manner
