results-driven B2B Digital Marketer
to build and optimize our full-funnel demand generation engine. This role is perfect for someone who loves performance marketing, data, and creating measurable pipeline for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel demand-gen campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, ABM, AEC directories)
Own HubSpot across both divisions--workflows, lead scoring, automation, reporting
Create high-impact content (case studies, spec sheets, project profiles, landing pages, email sequences)
Optimize conversion rates across all funnels (ads ? landing pages ? forms ? nurturing)
Build tracking, dashboards, attribution, and performance reporting
Partner with sales to support ABM plays and high-priority pursuit campaigns
What We're Looking For
4+ years in B2B digital marketing, demand gen, or marketing operations
Strong HubSpot expertise (Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise)
Experience marketing to construction, engineering, or industrial audiences
Skilled in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and funnel optimization
Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
Highly data-driven, self-motivated, and performance focused
