We are looking for a responsible self starting individual with an outgoing personality and social media savvy! You need to have a basic understanding of small business and managing point of sale system (Square, Checkfront, World Axe Throwing League App). We can teach you the basics of coaching Axe Throwing. Must have good management skills and be able to manage small groups of customers. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs over head and utilize basic tools for the job. You will maintain the facility and be responsible for Sales and Inventory.

As an Axe Throwing Coach, you will be instrumental in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests while ensuring their safety and enjoyment during sessions. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and guest services to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, your relevant experience in public speaking will aid in your job and promoting events, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide instruction in axe throwing techniques, ensuring safety and proper form. Monitor and assess the progress of participants, offering constructive feedback. Manage group dynamics and communicate well! Engage with guests and provide a fun and friendly environment! Utilize social media to promote events and maintain a positive community presence. Ensure a safe yet welcoming environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Maintain target boards Care for and clean the facility

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
