Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage Amazon Connect
contact flows, call routing, and user management
.
Integrate AWS services such as
Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Lex
to enhance functionality.
Monitor performance using Amazon Connect
dashboards and KPI reporting
.
Implement
workforce optimization
strategies (forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling).
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless
VoIP and system integration
.
Requirements:
3+ years experience
with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of
VoIP, CX strategies, and system integration
.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer) are a plus.
