Position Summary

:



We are looking for a

Solution Delivery Lead

to oversee end-to-end delivery of technological solutions within the

Insurance domain

. This role requires strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and proven experience managing global delivery teams, including offshore resources. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with delivery excellence to ensure successful implementation of complex, enterprise-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership:

Own the delivery lifecycle for strategic insurance technology initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

Solution Architecture:

Collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging

AWS

,

microservices

, and

event-driven architectures

.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary liaison between business, technology teams, and offshore partners to align requirements and delivery goals.

Team Coordination:

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and adherence to best practices.

Modernization Programs:

Drive transformation from legacy monolithic systems to modern, modular platforms using

Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Cloud adoption, Agentic transformation

and

Event Driven framework

.

DevOps & Automation:

Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.

Risk & Compliance:

Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain.

Continuous Improvement:

Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-driven insights and workflow automation.

Qualifications

Compensation

The below annualized base pay range is a broad range based on analysis of similar positions in the market. The actual base pay for the position may be above or below he listed range and determined by a number of considerations, including but now limited to complexity, location, and scope of the role, along with experience, skills, education, training, and other conditions of employment. Base salary represents one compensation of Allied World comprehensive total reward package, which may also include annual incentive compensation rewards.


$145,000 - $155,000

Professional Experience / Qualifications

Insurance Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of insurance processes, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

Cloud-Native Technologies:

Hands-on experience with

AWS

or similar platforms.

Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture:

Proven track record in delivering solutions using

Spring Boot

,

Kafka

, and

AWS Serverless stack

.

Delivery Management:

Experience leading large-scale programs with distributed teams, including offshore delivery.

Technical Leadership:

Advanced proficiency in

Java, Python, React, NodeJS

, multi-threaded programming, and enterprise integration patterns.

Certifications:

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent preferred.
