Embark on a transformative journey with Barclays as an AVP Deposits. Your role will be to define strategic group objectives of internal functions including, financial and business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. You will Develop Co-Brand Value Proposition that will commence with AARP and evolve as we onboard more partners. In this role, you will partner with PMO and Product office to deliver new Product on time and in budget that meets the needs of Co-Brand Business, you will also partner with CX, Marketing and Branding to deliver Go-to-market Communication strategy and Customer Journey.
To be successful as an AVP Deposits, you should have experience with:
High financial acumen with expertise in analyzing financial performance, managing budgets, and driving profitability through strategic decision-making
Managing deposit products and strategies, including pricing, growth initiatives, and compliance to optimize customer acquisition and retention
Developing and maintaining relationships with CX, PMO, Product Office and Finance to deliver sustainable solutions

Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results
