About the Role

:

USA AEROSPACE HOLDING CO.

is seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Specialist to expand and strengthen our presence in the aviation aftermarket industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of industry experience, deep connections with end users (especially airlines), and a proven ability to open doors, visit customers regularly, and drive new business opportunities. This role is perfect for a road warrior who thrives on building relationships and representing a well-established organization in the marketplace. Experience with Quantum is highly desirable. While providing direct after-sales service to customers is a plus, your primary mission will be to develop new airline relationships, secure approvals, and expand our trading footprint.

Responsibilities

:

Identify, approach, and secure new airline and end-user customers across different regions Leverage industry connections to establish USA Aerospace as an approved supplier with targeted accounts. Identify new revenue streams, including parts programs, contracts and consignment opportunities Generate leads and manage pipeline development from initial contact through to sales closure Visit customers regularly, maintaining a visible and trusted presence in the marketplace. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate new leads and strengthen relationships Collaborate with the sales team to pursue upselling and cross-sell opportunities

Accounts & Relationship Management



Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and vendor accounts Develop and execute tailored account plans to maximize relationship value and business potential Respond to RFQs, prepare proposals, and manage customer communications to ensure satisfaction and retention Build and maintain strong partnerships with End-User customers, OEMs, and repair vendors

Inventory & Trading Strategy



Identify and procure high-demand parts for resale, managing purchase prices, repair cycles, and sales strategy to minimize risk and maximize profitability Source and qualify new vendors to support inventory needs and market demands.

Market Insights & Data Utilization



Use market data and customer feedback to shape sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities Track and report on KPIs, sales activities, and market trends to inform leadership and improve performance

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in selling or purchasing Aircraft parts

Demonstrated expertise in developing and nurturing relationships, establishing partnerships, and building strategic alliances with customers Excellent communication and motivational skills to inspire and lead a high-performance sales team Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
High-energy personality, meticulous attention to detail, thorough, and highly organized

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Base Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Work Location: In person
