We're searching for a qualified project leader to help us deliver quality products on time to our customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have aviation experience and strong skills in developing/ overseeing work plans. The project leader will partner with Business Development to prepare and present updates regularly to the end customer (domestic and international), as well as internal management, ensuring that our goals are being achieved.

Project Leader Job Summary

Oversee the successful implementation and completion of our aircraft modification projects. This role will manage to defined statements of work and schedules, monitor project progress, and lead the cross functional team throughout the entire project life cycle.

Project Leader Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with Business Development to enable the transition to be the voice to the Customer through execution and delivery of product. Develop project plans, identify resources needed to execute to project budget. Manage project deliverables in line with agreed-upon timelines and scope. Monitor, track, and report on project progress and deliverables. Manage and monitor costs in line with project budget. Provide leadership and direction to project teams as required. Lead project reviews and customer updates.

Project Leader Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Must be able to read, write, speak and otherwise communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Proven experience in leading aviation projects (min 3 years) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
