We are thrilled to kick off the 2026 Avant Management Program (AMP) - an incredible opportunity to grow, lead, and make an impact from day one!
The AMP is a 12-month, immersive development program designed to build future leaders across the organization. Participants rotate through four core teams: Product Management, Risk (Fraud & Collections), Finance, and Compliance - with each rotation lasting 12 to 15 weeks. The AMP provides deep, hands-on exposure to the business, enabling participants to strengthen decision-making, assess process improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive outcomes.
From day one, you'll tackle high-value problems, launch new technologies, analyze data to improve Avant's products, and deliver measurable impact on profitability. You'll work closely with and present your work to senior leadership. The goal of the AMP is to develop high-potential talent who can manage complex, high-priority initiatives and, with strong performance, advance into roles with increasing leadership responsibilities, including managing individuals and eventually teams.
