Job Description





The Autotech Advisor is responsible for building rapport with customers in the mobile installation bay by providing friendly, fast and accurate support. They educate customers on services and technology related to their cars, processes transactions, and schedules appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs.
  • Answers questions about estimates, invoices, and installation timeframes.
  • Handles client appointments and questions, providing technical advice and assistance.
  • Processes customer transactions, including check in and out for scheduled appointments.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules appointments, and stages products for Autotechs.
  • Confirms customer appointments and availability of accurate parts.
  • Utilizes technical capabilities to perform product demonstrations, prepare remote starts, and program remote start key fobs
Basic Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a team environment requiring clear, professional, and effective communication
  • Prior experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
