Shop Manager

What You'll Do

Oversee all daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and outstanding customer experience. Manage and mentor our team of service advisors and technicians. Monitor and achieve

key performance indicators (KPIs)

for the shop, including: Effective Labor Rate Gross Profit Margin Average Repair Order (ARO) Technician Productivity & Efficiency Collaborate with ownership to develop systems, processes, and growth strategies. Help expand the team by recruiting and onboarding an additional Service Advisor as the shop grows. Maintain clear communication between the front office and the shop floor. Help write and sell service tickets

What We're Looking For

Proven

management experience in an automotive service environment

(minimum 3-5 years). Strong leadership and coaching skills -- able to motivate, develop, and hold the team accountable. Solid understanding of shop KPIs and how to meet or exceed them. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for quality and service.
