Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patrons. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with their needs. Safely drive vehicles, including those with manual transmission, ensuring proper handling and care. Assist with valet parking services, managing vehicle keys and ensuring timely retrieval of vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Support delivery drivers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area and service locations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate services and enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest services.
