Pre-Owned Luxury Import dealership in Memphis, TN, specializing in Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW, and Land Rover. Smith Imports has been family owned and operated since 1985. We are looking for a Service Manager to manage our service department. Job duties will include managing services writers, detail personal and inventory of Parts. This position will include hiring staff and overseeing all aspects of running and operating a small service department. Great job for European car enthusiasts and someone who loves Mercedes-Benz. Smith Imports uses Automate for our DMS.

Hiring, training, and managing employees Managing and controlling costs Keeping track of service and inventory records Ordering parts and supplies as needed Contacting clients regarding the status of vehicles Managing various vendors
