Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department at our Burkesville location. This role is vital in ensuring top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services while supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Pay will be based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service. Lead and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to meet performance goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Manage service department budgets, costs, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety standards and automotive regulations. Collaborate with sales teams to promote automotive services and upselling opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns promptly. Monitor industry trends to keep the department competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

Proven experience in auto service management or dealership service departments. Strong mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities. Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance. Experience with automotive repair processes including oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, etc. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, MVR will be reviewed prior to hire.
