Responsibilities - Experienced Auto Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and much more.
Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
Maintain a high CSI score
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements - Experienced Auto Service Advisor:
Required: Auto Service Advisor experience with verifiable CSI and employment history
Good customer service, computer and communication skills
Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge
Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
Valid driver's license and good driving record
