Job Description

We are searching for an automotive service advisor, with experience in an auto repair shop, who can provide AMAZING customer service. Applicants must have a professional appearance, an extremely positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an understanding that we are a team and depend on each other to succeed and grow. You also must be motivated, honest, and eager to work with customers. The ability to retain information and build relationships with technicians is also key to being successful with our company. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning proven processes that will grow yourself, the team, and the company. Pay plans will vary based on ability and experience.

This position is very important to the success of our business. The primary role of this position is to professionally present and sell the services and repairs recommended by our technicians. In addition, this individual is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, which include purchasing and managing parts, maintaining a clean, organized office environment, delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting and building up the team as needed.
