Job description:

Intake customers' vehicles by listening to their concerns and asking the right questions. Communicate with technicians on the findings of the job and timing of the job. Sources parts and labor for the repair/maintenance. Sells the necessary repairs/maintenance to the customer. Keeps the customer up-to-date throughout the process. Answer the phones/emails and schedule customer appointments. Presents themselves and the Honest-1 brand in a professional manner Assist with the daily organization, cleaning, and stocking of the front desk area and customer waiting area. Provides excellent customer service at all times with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Is reliable in arriving on time to scheduled shifts.
