## Job Summary As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the automotive service department. Your role will involve recommending services, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ## Duties - Communicate with customers to determine vehicle issues and maintenance needs - Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles - Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Upsell additional services or products as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ## Skills - Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively align customer needs with appropriate services - Proficiency in services like oil changes, automotive diagnostics, tire services, and vehicle maintenance - Sales skills to promote additional services and products - Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics and service technicians to ensure accurate information is conveyed to customers This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
