Greet customers and assess their automotive needs.
Explain vehicle repairs and maintenance services clearly. Prepare detailed estimates and invoices. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery. Upsell additional services when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and services.'
'Qualifications'
'Proven dealership experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance.*
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to upsell and promote additional services. Experience with auto estimating and service writing is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.'},{
