Position Overview:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Mango Automotive, you won't just write repair orders -- you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing service team. You'll manage skilled technicians, hold the line on quality, and ensure every customer experience exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of automotive technicians and support staff.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by consistently exceeding their expectations.

Workflow Management:

Oversee the scheduling and allocation of repair orders to maximize efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

Inventory Management:

Manage parts and supplies inventory to minimize downtime.

Budget Management:

Monitor and manage the service department budget effectively.

Training and Development:

Continuously develop the skills of your team through training and coaching.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding service department goals. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in automotive repair processes and systems. Knowledge of industry software (e.g., TekMetric).
