Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish/English speaking Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, providing exceptional service while ensuring their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge will help guide customers through their service options, enhancing their overall experience at our dealership.

Responsibilities

Spanish / English speaking Requirements

Previous dealership or automotive technical experience is a must. Strong background in auto service technical knowledge with a focus on customer service excellence. Proficient in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including transmissions, alignment, suspension, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and air brakes. Experience in service writing and auto estimating is beneficial. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes and brake repair. Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer interaction. A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
